At the Central Festival Center in North Pattaya, the Bangkok Bank has organized a Property Fair featuring developments from around Chonburi Province including Pattaya. The Fair will run until Sunday and features 15 Housing Projects. The intention is that potential buyers will utilize loans from Bangkok Bank who are offering 90% mortgages on a case-by-case basis.
