A disturbing case of attempted rape now involving a 9 year old girl. Police Sub-Lieutenant Prasit from Banglamung Police Station was assigned to the case which begins at a house at the Pattaya Greenview Estate in Soi Siam Country Club. Khun Tidar aged 47 was awoken by screams from her 9 year old daughter and claims that she entered the girl’s room and found a Thai man who also lives at the location preparing to remove his clothing as he stood over the girl. The man, who was later caught and identified as Khun Yipan aged 27, was taken to the Stationhouse where he denied the allegations of attempted rape and claimed that he was very drunk and thought he was inside his room and was removing his cloths prior to sleeping.
