OUTCRIED PATTAYA BEER BARS BEING STRICTED FOR MUSIC LICENCE

Beer Bar owners get together to submit petition to Pattaya City about being charged for music licence fee by more than ten music companies. Each time they were threatened for big amount of money and not sure if it was paid to the right people.

On the 20 July 2007, a group of beer bar owners met with Mr. Ronagit Akasing, Deputy of Pattaya City, to submit a petition about the case of being charged with a big amount of money for music licence fee by more than ten music companies. The petition will be forwarded to Mr. Niran Watanasartsathorn, Pattaya Mayor to consider for the way out. Mr. Ronagit told bar owners.

For the moment, all of bar owners have to pay for music licence fee in a big amount, also be afraid of being caught of playing music with no licence... more
